Bio
After graduating from McMaster University in 2016, I returned to Toronto to begin my career. Since my first job in 2010, I had always been involved in client service and operations so continuing on this path was a natural next step for me. I joined SFL in 2017 and since then, I’ve gained a plethora of knowledge about family law and the intricacies of the court and legal system. My role at the firm allows me to use this knowledge to contribute to different areas of the business, including marketing, human resources, finance, and administration, with the primary focus being: how can I make the legal process easier for our clients and staff? I understand that for many of our clients, contacting the firm is the first step in what may be a long road ahead. I work hard to be an effective listener and am compassionate to the fact that our clients are going through a life-altering and highly difficult and emotional experience. My intention is to remove the intimidation and stress that stems from the legal process and to do so in a way that provides a seamless experience for all, from start to finish.
As I grow with SFL, my goals surrounding client and employee satisfaction remain the same. I thrive on responsibility and gaining the trust of our clients and staff has been extremely rewarding for me. I’m learning everyday and will continue to provide my expertise and assistance to those in the firm that need it.
